Kelly Herrod is the founder of Podium Advisory Group and a proven entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading a successful business.
Kelly founded Herrod Technology, a DFW-based managed services provider serving clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Under his leadership, what started as a one-person consulting practice grew into a multi-million-dollar organization with more than 23 team members — a journey spanning 23 years.
Following the company's merger with Ntiva in 2023, Kelly served as Market President for Texas Operations, overseeing offices in Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. After two years in that role, he made a deliberate transition: turning his hard-earned experience toward helping other business owners do what he did — build something worth owning.
Today, through Podium Advisory Group, Kelly works with small and mid-size business owners to sharpen their leadership, install the systems that drive growth, bring financial clarity through fractional CFO services, and build go-to-market strategies — including for owners preparing to exit.

When he's not working with clients, Kelly is likely on a tennis court or at a race track. An avid motorsports enthusiast, he enjoys track days, auto racing events, and anything sports-car related. His favorite weekends, though, are the ones spent with his three granddaughters — who keep him happily busy and grounded.
